Panacea Ristorante

One of the best in Bari. Dined here on 3 different occasions so far in quite different periods of time and they were always consistent with creativity, quality, portions, service and ambiance. Each dish is well researched, the food and drink menu is very clear with no ambiguity on ingredients, allergies or prices. The staff are at hand to help you or recommend something but without force, and they genuinely want to know if you enjoyed the food and experience. They welcome conversation and feedback from the diners- it doesn't surprise me that they constantly improve. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

We stopped at this place while traveling south during a multi week trip in Italy. The owners were incredibly gracious. The restaurant itself has a very pleasant ambiance. The food was for the most part spectacular. The wine pours were generous. In addition to the dishes we ordered the chef presented us with two mouth watering treats. As others have mentioned the spaghetti assesina was spectacular. All these dishes were presented beautifully. The downfall of the meal was the secundo, a mixed seafood plate. The problem for me with this plate was that everything was breaded and fried. I realized later this is a traditional presentation. Calamari, fish, shrimp and octopus. And served simply with lemon. Perhaps I should have inquired about the preparation but I feel the same seafood would have been much better (at least more to my liking) if it had been sautéed and served with some greens preferably some seaweed. Also a sauce would have been nice. A disappointing end to an otherwise fabulous meal.

Sublime place that rightfully enters my personal ranking in a very high position. "Panacea" is a place with great attention to every detail, which accompanies the customer on an unforgettable culinary experience. Eros' cuisine is wonderful, with refined, studied, innovative dishes but also attentive to the Apulian tradition; Emanuel's welcome was equally pleasant, explaining every single course with enthusiasm and enthusiasm. The cocktails are excellent, the dishes are extraordinary, I can't find a fault even if I try. Exemplary of one (of the many) realities to be supported in which young people manage to make their dreams come true with extreme success. I can't wait to go back.

A SENSATIONAL dinner in a characteristic restaurant in the center of Modugno. Emanuel and the whole Team were fantastic from the first moment. Pampered is an understatement, dishes recommended with such professionalism and quality that are nothing short of exceptional. We accompanied the dinner with cocktails recommended by Mixologist Andrea All in a romantic atmosphere with a very welcome surprise at the end. Thank you very much and see you next time
